What we collect, why, and who sees it.

When you buy something, we receive your email address and order details (what you bought, when, and the amount) so we can deliver your download and provide support. That's it — no account, no password, no browsing profile.
Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Order confirmation and download emails are sent through Resend. Both only receive what's needed to complete your purchase and deliver your files.
We measure how the store is used — which pages get visited, which products get attention, and whether the checkout flow works — so we can improve the site. This is done entirely in-house with no third-party analytics scripts, no cookies, and no tracking pixels.
Each browser session is assigned a random identifier that lives only in your browser's session storage and is discarded the moment you close the tab. It is never persisted, never linked to your name or email, and never used to build a profile across visits. Your IP address is one-way hashed with a daily rotating salt before storage, making it impossible to recover the original address. All analytics data is automatically deleted after 90 days.
We do not sell, share, or disclose this data to any third party.
If you sign up for the free watercolor sampler, we collect your email address, where you signed up (footer form or landing page), a one-way hash of your IP address (never the raw IP), and timestamps for when you signed up and confirmed. We use this to deliver the sampler, prevent abuse, and send occasional "new sets" emails.
Your email is stored in Resend (our email provider) as the list of record, and mirrored locally so we can gate the sampler download and audit signups. Resend handles unsubscribe processing and suppression.
We keep subscriber data until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any marketing email, or by emailing [email protected]. Once unsubscribed, your address is suppressed and you won't receive further marketing email.
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers. We don't send marketing email unless you separately opt in (the free sampler signup) — a purchase alone doesn't sign you up for anything else.
