Right after checkout, Stripe redirects you to a confirmation page with your download link(s), and we also email a copy to the address you paid with — check spam/promotions if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Yes. Use the resend form on your order confirmation page, or contact us with the email you paid with and we'll re-send it.
Every set is high-resolution transparent PNG (RGBA) — no backgrounds, ready to drop into your project. Each product page lists the exact image count, pixel-dimension range, and download size for that set.
We list pixel dimensions rather than a fixed DPI, since print size depends on how large you're printing. As a rule of thumb, larger pixel dimensions give you more room to print big without softening.
Yes — personal and commercial use is included on every set: client work, print-on-demand, KDP books, planners, packaging, and more. See the full License for what's and isn't covered.
No — you can sell things you make with the clipart, but not the raw PNG files as a standalone pack, freebie, or bundle. Details in the License.
No attribution is required for any use.
Digital downloads are delivered instantly, so we don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse. Genuine delivery problems are fixed first (see above), and refunded only if we can't get you working files. Full details on the Refund Policy page.
Yes — both. Bundles are curated sets sold together at a fixed discount (visible on each bundle page). On top of that, an automatic volume discount applies to any cart: Buy 3 sets save 15% · 5 sets save 20% · 8 sets save 25% — applied automatically at checkout. No code needed — the discount appears in your cart and is applied at checkout. It does not stack with promotion codes or other offers.
No. The automatic volume discount and promotion codes are mutually exclusive. If your cart qualifies for a volume discount (3+ sets), the promotion code field won't appear at checkout. Promotion codes apply only to carts below the first tier (1–2 sets).
Yes — the free sampler includes 12 watercolor-style PNGs with transparent backgrounds. Enter your email, confirm the link we send, and the download arrives in your inbox. Sampler images are licensed for personal use only; commercial use requires a purchased set.
