Frequently Asked Questions

Downloads, licensing, and refunds — the short version.

How do I download my clipart after buying?

Right after checkout, Stripe redirects you to a confirmation page with your download link(s), and we also email a copy to the address you paid with — check spam/promotions if you don't see it within a few minutes.

I lost my download email — can I get it again?

Yes. Use the resend form on your order confirmation page, or contact us with the email you paid with and we'll re-send it.

What file format are the clipart sets in?

Every set is high-resolution transparent PNG (RGBA) — no backgrounds, ready to drop into your project. Each product page lists the exact image count, pixel-dimension range, and download size for that set.

Is there a print size or DPI listed?

We list pixel dimensions rather than a fixed DPI, since print size depends on how large you're printing. As a rule of thumb, larger pixel dimensions give you more room to print big without softening.

Can I use the clipart for a business, client work, or products I sell?

Yes — personal and commercial use is included on every set: client work, print-on-demand, KDP books, planners, packaging, and more. See the full License for what's and isn't covered.

Can I resell the clipart files themselves?

No — you can sell things you make with the clipart, but not the raw PNG files as a standalone pack, freebie, or bundle. Details in the License.

Do I need to credit Emma Nader?

No attribution is required for any use.

What's your refund policy?

Digital downloads are delivered instantly, so we don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse. Genuine delivery problems are fixed first (see above), and refunded only if we can't get you working files. Full details on the Refund Policy page.

Do you offer bundles or discounts on multiple sets?

Bundles are on the way — check the clipart catalog for current bundle offers.

How do I contact support?

Use the contact form and include your order email so we can find your purchase quickly.
